"There’s a sad memory for me because I really liked River Phoenix so much and he passed in such an early age. He was one of those wonderful young actors, he couldn’t be more than thirteen or fourteen at the time. He was the one that recall you on your room every night and go ‘Do you mind running over this lines with me for the scene?' He loved it so much and you could just see he was going to be a real special actor, and he was! And everytime I think about the film I get very sad about not having him around.” - Kiefer Sutherland

It’s a lie. It’s a bunch of sad strangers photographed beautifully, and… all the glittering assholes who appreciate art say it’s beautiful ‘cause that’s what they wanna see. But the people in the photos are sad, and alone… But the pictures make the world seem beautiful, so… the exhibition is reassuring which makes it a lie, and everyone loves a big fat lie.
